 Prime Minister Sherif Ismail said the government is taking right decisions for the benefit of the State and the citizens.
At a meeting with the ministers of housing, social solidarity, military production, petroleum, trade, industry, irrigation, public sector, tourism, planning and transport, the premier added that the government is keen to continue the implementation of social protection measures along with taking steps to achieve economic reform. Ismail ordered intensifying inspection campaigns on means of transport and markets nationwide to make sure that a recent decision to raise fuel prices would not be manipulated. He also issued directives to give priority to offering supply commodities at favorable prices and tightening control over the market to confront rising prices. |
