 Investment and International Cooperation Minister Sahar Nassr said that Egypt had launched an overall program that aims to reform the Egyptian economy.
In an interview with the BBC’s Focus on Africa program the minister added that this comes after several discussions held with all parties. She pointed out that this program was reviewed by various international funding institutions that contributed in supporting the program. She added that the aid provided to the African countries in the past few decades was insufficient and ineffective although the African continent has lots of unexploited capabilities. Meanwhile, the minister said that the Egyptian youths are always expressing their ideas and aspirations. Nassr also stressed that Egypt is still working on reforming the economy. |
