Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali discussed with Indian Minister of Rural industries in Tamil Nadu State Thiru P. Benjamin opportunities of cooperation in the fields of handicrafts and the establishment of small heritage industries in villages.
During the meeting, the Indian minister said Tamil Nadu is India’s biggest state in the industrial production and the making of equipment and tools. Benjamin noted he came to Egypt to attend Mactech Expo, leading a delegation from the Export Promotion Council of India. The handicraft and heritage industries constitute 25 percent of small enterprises in India, he said. |
