Mr. Abdullah Ghurair Al-Qubaisi, Deputy Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, received His Excellency Sander Soone, Estonian Ambassador to Egypt, at the Chamber Tower in Abu Dhabi.
Both sides discussed increasing trade relations between Emirati companies and establishments with their Estonian counterparts. Mr. Al-Qubaisi welcomed the Estonian Ambassador to the UAE, showcasing the services and facilities the Chamber provides for foreign companies desirous of working and investing in Abu Dhabi. Mr. Mohammed Eissa Al-Rifai, Businesses and International Relations Department Director at the Abu Dhabi Chamber, attended the meeting. Al-Qubaisi expressed his pleasure to welcome a trade delegation from Estonia in the future, saying that the Chamber would facilitate holding B2B meetings Emirati companies and their Estonian counterparts. “Many Emirati companies have the will and desire to hold economic and investment cooperation relations with Estonian companies and to look into the available investment opportunities in Estonia,” Al-Qubaisi said. He added: “Despite the humble trade figures, we think that, considering the huge available capabilities of Abu Dhabi and Estonia and the sincere will to develop trade and economic relations, the next years will witness a huge leap forward in the UAE-Estonia relations.” For his part, H.E. Sander Soone, Estonian Ambassador to Egypt, said that his country is willing to push economic and trade relations between the two countries forward and to increase the communications between Estonian companies and their Emirati counterparts which possess long experiences and wide trade relations. H.E. Soone praised the development in trade relations between the two countries, expressing high hopes that the near future will witness more economic and investment cooperation between Emirati companies and their Estonian counterparts. |
