Jordan: Tourism Revenues Rise to $4.6 Billion in 2017, CBJ Says

Tourism revenues in 2017 increased by 12.5 per cent, up to $4.6 billion, compared to $4.1 billion in the same period of 2016, the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) announced .
CBJ said in a statement that the increase was mainly due to a 8.7 per cent rise in the total number of tourists compared to the same period last year.
