 Trade and Industry Minister Tareq Qabil underlined the importance of promoting the private sector's role in implementing all-out economic development plans.He made the remarks during the inauguration of the annual Sustainable Industrial Areas (SIA) International Conference which is held for the first time in Egypt.
The conference is organized by the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) in tandem with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and East Port Said development company (EP). Qabil said establishing sustainable development zones marked important strides towards realizing social, economic and environmental balance. He said Egypt seeks to realize sustainable development at social, economic and environmental levels. |
