Saudi-Finnish Business Meeting, organized by the Council of Saudi Chambers (CSC), reviewed economic cooperation, investment and trade partnerships opportunities between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Finland, focusing on technology and innovation projects and ways of benefiting from innovative solutions and new technologies in developing promising economic sectors.
During the meeting, the Finnish side reviewed trade and business opportunities in Finland and the future solutions and trends in the fields of investment, in addition to holding bilateral meetings between Saudi and Finnish companies to discuss cooperation partnerships and stimulate private sector investments in the fields of mining, geology, bio-economics, transport, communications, energy, environment, food, agriculture, education, and health. The meeting was attended by Assistant Secretary General for International Affairs of CSC Waleed Al-Orainan, Undersecretary of Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment Petri Peltonen, Finnish Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Pekka Voutilainen, and a number of Saudi and Finnish businessmen. |
