Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Sameer Nass, received at Bait Al Tijjar a number of representatives of downstream Aluminum companies in Bahrain, spearheaded by the Chairman of Al Zayani Investments, the mother company of Midal Cables Hamid Al Zayani.
The meeting mulled the current standing of the downstream Aluminum industry in Bahrain, highlighting that it consumes the largest share of the production of Bahrain Aluminum (ALBA) and contributes largely to the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The meeting also discussed the obstacles curbing the progress of the industry, key among which the recent increment in the price of Aluminum supply. |
