HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a verbal message to HM King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of boosting them.
The message was conveyed by HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, during a meeting with HM King of Jordan HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs stated that, according to HH the Amir's directives, the State of Qatar has pledged to provide 10,000 jobs in the State of Qatar for young men and women of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in addition to investing USD 500 million in infrastructure and tourism projects in Jordan, which will revive the Jordanian economy and contribute to its sustainable development. HE Minister of Finance Ali Shareef Al Emadi attended the meeting. |
