The Undersecretary for Commerce Affairs Nader Khalil Al Moayyed received an Omani delegation from Public Establishment for Industrial Estates headed by the Director of Communication & Investor Service Centre Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Hinai.
The Undersecretary welcomed the delegation visiting the Kingdom to learn about Bahrain’s experience in the field of service investors through the Bahrain Investors Centre, pointing out the close relations between Bahrain and Oman and their continued cooperation in all fields. He briefed the delegation on "Sijilat" system, an advanced electronic system in registering and licensing commercial facilities in Bahrain with full linkage with all electronic systems of the relevant government bodies. He also reviewed the facilities provided by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism to investors from Bahrain and abroad as well as “Sijili” System, which allows citizens to practice business legally without requiring a shop address. He confirmed that this system contributed to improving investment environment in Bahrain, raise investment rates and attract many foreign investments to the Kingdom. |
