UK trade envoy to Egypt Sir Jeffrey Donaldson said British companies representatives, who accompanied him during his recent visit to Cairo, are seeking an opportunity to share their experience with the Egyptian government.
In a statement issued by the UK Embassy in Cairo, UK Ambassador to Egypt John Casson said his country is committed to be a partner to Egypt in its plan to reform the health and education systems. He described education as the key to unleashing Egypt's potentials through applying new technology. Donaldson, accompanied by the largest business delegation, took part in Egypt's MENA Innovation 2018 conference, which focused on education technology (EdTech). He also met with Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli and Health Minister Hala Zayed to discuss business opportunities and prospects of cooperation in knowledge-intensive fields, including the healthcare and infrastructure. |
