The move aims to provide the essential quantities of nitrogen fertilizers needed for agriculture.
Minister of Trade and Industry Amr Nassar issued a decree raising duties on exports of nitrogen fertilizers to EGP500 per tonne, up from EGP125 per tonne, for a year from the next day after it's published in the official gazette. “The move aims to provide the essential quantities of nitrogen fertilizers for agriculture and export the extra production to foreign markets,” Nassar said. |
