Meeting under Investment Minister Sahar Nasr, the General Authority for Investment (GAFI) board approved regulations of an in-house work system to be applied at investment zones.
The rules are meant to regulate work at investment zones, including the formation of boards and work of executive offices in line with the investment law. Nasr, in a statement said GAFI is working to upgrade free zones and establish new ones with the aim to promote competitiveness with free zones in the Middle East and North Africa region. The meeting also took up final arrangements for an Africa 2018 forum, which will be held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on December 8-9 in the Red Sea resort city of Sharm el Sheikh, Nasr said. |
