CEO of the Regional Investment Agency of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) Dr Heba Salama thanked President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for Egypt's hosting of Africa 2018 Forum in Sharm El Sheikh on December 8-9, along with his sponsoring of the event for the third year in succession.
In statements to MENA , Salama said the forum, which will be attended by a number of African leaders, will discuss decisive issues on determining the future of Africa, including energy, trade, investments, logistics, infrastructure, tourism and industry. She pointed out the gathering will witness discussions on important chances for investments, trade and innovation in Africa. Salama added that the gathering will set a day for junior entrepreneurs in Africa along with another day for empowering African women and boosting their role in development. |
