Trade and Industry Minister Amr Nassar discussed cooperation with his Algerian counterpart Youcef Yousfi.
The meeting, held on the sidelines of the Africa 2018 Forum in Sharm El Sheikh, mulled how to make use of the industrial base in each country to achieve greater integration between the two states, said Nassar. He pointed to the importance of enhancing the role of the Egyptian and Algerian private sectors to contribute to promoting cooperation, especially in sectors where the countries have competitive advantages. The Algerian Minister, for his part, said that his participation in this important event comes within the framework of his country's keenness to strengthen the bonds of cooperation with Egypt in various fields and at all levels. He noted that there are great opportunities for the two countries to achieve a breakthrough in the development of industrial and investment relations. |
