CEO of the Export Development Authority (EDA) Sherine el Shorbagy stressed that the ArabPlast 2019 is of great importance for being the third exhibition worldwide and the first in the Middle East and North Africa to be organized in the field of plastics and petrochemicals.
The 175-meter Egyptian pavilion in the fair groups 11 companies, she noted. The event, which kicked off on Saturday in Dubai, will run till Tuesday with 1,000 exhibitors from 30 countries taking part. The Egyptian participation in the exhibition comes within the framework of the keenness of the Trade and Industry Ministry on promoting exports and gaining further access to international markets, a statement released by the ministry quoted Shorbagy as saying . ArabPlast has established itself as the leading trade fair for the plastics industry in the Middle East. |
