Kuwait's stock exchange, known as Boursa Kuwait, ended trading with the benchmark index gaining 1.5 points to reach 5178.4 points, an increase of 0.3 percent. The All Share trade volume hit 232.6 million shares conducted through 6,885 spot deals worth KD 36.2 million (USD 119.46 million).
Meanwhile, the Main Market Index rose 8.1 points (0.17 percent) to settle at 4773.09 points, while 52.8 million stocks were traded through 4,277 deals worth KD 10.6 million (USD 34.98 million). The Premier Market Index lost 1.9 points (0.04 percent), reaching 5400.6 points. Traded stocks hit 79.8 million shares through 2,608 deals worth KD 25. 6 million (USD 84.48 million). |
