President Abdel Fattah El Sisi ordered proceeding with efforts of developing the companies of the public business sector in accordance to the set timetables, given the sector's importance in achieving the comprehensive development process.
The president highlighted the need to upgrade the promising industrial sectors including the spinning and weaving ones. In a meeting with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli and Public Business Sector Minister Hisham Tawfiq, president Sisi instructed the officials to carry out the studies needed and take procedures to address the challenges facing a number of public business companies to continue developing these companies in line with their restructuring plan. During the meeting, the public business sector minister reviewed the work progress achieved in the development of the sector's companies and means of upgrading them, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady said. |
