The Head of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) Abdel Mon'em el Tarras stressed the importance of benefiting from the unique Chinese expertise in the fields of industrialization.
He pointed out to directives by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi regarding the participation of the AOI in developing defense industries in line with modern international technologies. The official's remarks came during his meeting with a delegation representing China's CATIC company to probe means of cooperation to develop K8E training aircraft. For their part, the officials of the international Chinese firm expressed keenness on enhancing cooperation with the AOI in order to transfer and localize technology in a number of defense industries. |
