Minister of Telecommunication and Information Technology Amre Talaat left, yesterday heading a high-level delegate, for China to participate in the activities of BRICS Future Networks Forum. A number of meetings with top participating officials are to take place on the sidelines of the forum.
Also, several meetings will be held with the biggest Chinese companies working in the field of telecommunication and information technology to discuss means of pumping new investments in Egypt’s market. Previously, the minister received the Chinese Ambassador to Cairo, where they discussed cooperation between Egypt and China in the field of telecommunication and information technology, in addition to the arrangements of Egypt’s participation in the forum; that China hosts during the period August 5-9,2019. |
