Head of the Industrial Development Authority Magdi Ghazi stressed that the industrial investment map will be available online to all investors as of September 1.
Ghazi said the map is the first guideline for all available lands in industrial areas in the new cities and governorates, according to a statement by the authority. The statement was released following a meeting between Ghazi and a delegation of China's Southeast University. Local and foreign investors will have access to the investment map with all needed data about land prices and needed documents which can be sent online, Ghazi added. The meeting with the Chinese delegation tackled promoting bilateral cooperation and benefiting from China's experiment in the urban planning of industrial areas. Ghazi said China is on the top of Egypt's exporters list, hoping it would pump more investments in Egypt's industrial cities and set up production lines in Egypt. He said the authority is ready to offer all needed facilities to Chinese companies and iron out hurdles facing them in Egypt. |
