Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Saeed el Assar discussed with 'Minsk Motor Plant' of Belarus means of encouraging the local motor industry in cooperation with Helwan Diesel Engines Co. which is affiliated to the National Organization for Military Production.
The meeting, held at the headquarters of the Military Production Ministry, comes to build on the talks that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi had during his visit to Belarus in June. The two sides reviewed the technological, industrial, technical and human capabilities of the Military production Ministry's companies and units with Assar asserting his ministry's keenness on fostering cooperation with the Belarussian companies in many civilian industries. Meanwhile, the director-general of Minsk Motor Plant reviewed his company's activities, underscoring that it is considered one of the largest holding managing companies in Belarus with more than 30,000 workers. He stressed his confidence in the industrial, technological and technical potentials of the Egyptian ministry and its affiliate companies. |
