Minister of Planning, Monitoring and Administrative Reform Hala el Saeed has lauded the great role played by Egyptian investors abroad to stimulate foreign investments in the country.
In press statements released, el Saeed said that Executive Director of Egypt's Sovereign Wealth Fund Ayman Soliman held a number of meetings with investors participating in Egypt Can conference to brief them on investment opportunities offered by the fund. The minister added that the conference provided an ideal opportunity to foster communication between decision makers and investors, as well as reviewing economic efforts and legislative amendments introduced by the state to create an attractive atmosphere for investment. She noted that the fund is currently considering the possibility of establishing a number of subsidiary funds in the fields of renewable energy, logistics and manufacturing industries, in order to attract domestic and foreign investments to these important and promising sectors. |
