Finance Minister Mohamed Maait said the political leadership strongly supports the gradual digitization, which is one of the most significant tools to achieve sustainable development.
Speaking at an event held in Ain Shams University , 2019, he reiterated that the State has launched the ambitious national project of digital transformation under Egypt’s 2030 vision. He explained that digitization aims to simplify procedures, improve government performance, reduce time spent to fulfill duties and cut costs of governmental services. Maait added the New Administrative Capital will lead to making a technological quantum leap on the management of cities, governmental sector and the State institutions to cope with the current and future requirements for having competitive and balanced economy. |
