Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli reiterated the importance of finalizing the project of lining and the rehabilitation of canals to maintain the State's water resources.
The premier's remarks came during a videoconference with Water Resources and Irrigation Minster Mohamed Abdel Ati, Local Development Minister Mahmod Shaarawi, Social Solidarity Minister Nevien Qabbag, Agriculture Minister Sayed Al Qusair and a number of respective officials to follow up all efforts exerted to complete this project nationwide under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi. Madbouli also underlined the importance of abiding by technical aspects during the lining operations in order to avoid the collapse of any side roads. Meanwhile, Irrigation Ministry’s officials said there has been coordination with the Local Development Ministry to finalize the project successfully. |
