Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli headed a meeting on to follow up on the final arrangements for an economic conference due on October 23-25.
The meeting was attended by Planning and Economic Development Minister Hala el Saeed, Finance Minister Mohamed Maait, International Cooperation Minister Rania el Mashat, Deputy Finance Minister for Financial Policies Ahmed Kouchouk in addition to officials from the Sovereign Fund of Egypt. The meeting aims at reviewing the final preparations for convening the conference which will run for three days, Madbouli said. The conference aims at agreeing on the economic roadmap of the state in the coming period and proposing policies and measures that contribute to increasing the competitiveness and flexibility of the Egyptian economy, according to him. Spokesman for the Cabinet Nader Saad said that the meeting tackled the efforts exerted by the bodies concerned with organizing the event. |
