Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has stressed the importance of finding a finance mechanism enabling middle class families to get housing units under long-term pay systems.
During a session on the role of the private sector in developing real estate financing as part of the economic conference activities in the presence of minister of Housing Assem El Gazzar, Madbouli called for facilitating the procedures of receiving housing units. He said that Egypt has very big amounts of highly-developed real estate but it cannot market it to provide a source for free currency, however the state is ready to take measures enabling foreigners to get houses in exchange for long stay periods. |
