EgyptAir Medical Services and the General Hospital of Paris signed a protocol to promote bilateral cooperation in the medical domain.
The protocol calls for exchanging experiences and promoting skills and training to offer integrated and quality health services for aviation sector employees. The General Hospital of Paris includes 39 hospitals in France. The protocol emanates from an action strategy, which was developed by the Civil Aviation Ministry to enhance cooperation vistas between EgyptAir hospital and major global entities in medical domains. The deal also reflects painstaking efforts to upgrade healthcare system in Egypt. Civil Aviation Minister Mohamed Abbas said in statements that the development of the healthcare and medical system is a priority matter for his ministry. Board Chairman of EgyptAir Medical Services Ayman Salah said the protocol comes in coincidence with celebrations made by EgyptAir to mark its 90th anniversary and the 40th anniversary of establishing EgyptAir hospital. The national company was established on May 7, 1932, to be the first operating airline in the Middle East and Africa and the seventh airline in the world. For her part, the director of international relations in the General Hospital of Paris welcomed the partnership with EgyptAir, reiterating the significance of unifying efforts to serve patients and offer the best medical care to them. |
