Dubai real estate market recorded 505 sales transactions worth AED1.06 billion, in addition to 55 mortgage deals of AED82.22 million, and 25 gift deals amounting to AED86.73 million, data released by Dubai's Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 463 villas and apartments worth AED888.26 million, and 42 land plots worth AED175.01 million. The mortgages included 45 villas and apartments worth AED65.85 million and 10 land plots valued at AED16.37 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over AED1.2 billion. |
