Members of the Alexandria Business Association (ABA) convened with a high-level delegation of the Francophonie countries, comprising representatives from 22 African countries as well four from the Americas and France.
The meeting, which took place in the Mediterranean governorate of Alexandria, comes in line with the state's strategy to boost economic and cultural cooperation with the African and Francophonie countries, said ABA Chairman Mohamed Hanno. Hanno asserted ABA’s keenness on promoting and encouraging investment and trade activities between Egypt and the French-speaking countries, along with setting up new partnerships with these countries. The meeting was attended by a set of Egyptian firms members of the ABA, as well as representatives from Morocco, Niger, Cameroon, the Comoros, Madagascar, Tunisia, Senegal, Argentina, Canada, Chad, Guinea, France, Central Africa, Gambia, Congo and other countries. |
