The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA)'s Board of Directors approved during its meeting under the chairmanship of Housing Minister Essam el Gazzar to provide facilities to companies, investors, and individuals to deal with the currently applicable prices for plots of land of all types and areas whose letters of allocation have been canceled or withdrawn.
The decision has excluded the small residential plots, national and social housing, and "Build Your Home" project. |
