The government is keen on implementing directives issued by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi regarding the development of The Great Transfiguration project site, which will become a magnificent destination for all visitors, affirmed Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli.
Madbouli's remarks were made during a meeting to follow up on progress made so far in the project. During the meeting, Housing Minister Sherif el Sheribini reviewed the executive position of the visitors center, which includes a reception area, administrative offices and shops, flight reservation offices, and restaurants and cafes. He also reviewed the position of the peace park, which includes an arena for outdoor celebrations, a diverse museum display building, a theatre, a conference hall, cafeterias, and meeting rooms. He further referred to the development work of the Wadi al-Deir area, explaining that it includes the Wadi al-Deir walkway and a parking lot. For his part, Head of the Central Agency for Construction and Development Major General Mahmoud Nassar reviewed the progress made so far in the tourist bazaar area, saying that it encompasses 16 bazaars on a total area of 1,500 square meters. He further reviewed the new governmental complex project in Saint Catherine city, noting that it includes a city council building, the main entrance of the building, and open areas. |
