Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hany Suwilam asserted that more than 56% of new Dairut barrages were implemented until now.
Suwilam pointed out that Bahr Youssef barrages which serve 850,000 feddans in Minya, Beni Suef, Fayyoum and Giza were implemented and the operation system of the barrages is underway. This came in a report Suwilam received from Head of Reservoirs and Grand Barracks Sector Ihab el Gohary on the implementation of new Dairut barrages. |
