Location: OLOG EPSA Contract Areas Estimated Spud Date: 1st quarter 2011 Number Of Wells: 20+ wells Well Depth: 8-10,000 Ft Term of Contract – 2 years Minimum Requirements for Logging and Perforating Services The companies that will be considered qualified to receive the Invitation to Tender must be able to supply the following equipment and services in Libya for conventional wellbore diameters in the area: Equipment: Formation evaluation open and cased hole logging services will include but not limited to electric wireline services and drill pipe, jointed tubing, or coil tubing conveyed services including but not limited to: Required Services: - Induction - Array (2' resolution) with SP & GR. - Laterolog – Dual or Array - Rxo Resistivity (MSFL) - Density (plus Pe) - Compensated Neutron - Gamma Ray - Spontaneous Potential - Spectral Gamma Ray - VSP surveys - 3-D walk-around offset VSP surveys processing - WBM Borehole Imager, i.e. FMI/EMI - NMR - Mechanical Rotary Sidewall Coring Tool - Digital Sonic (P&S) - Formation Testing – pressures - Formation Fluid Sampling - Tension / Compression Sub - Digital Data Transmission From Wellsite - Digital Data Archive Capability - Four arm caliper - High Strength logging cable - Cement Evaluation Tool (Sector Bond Log) - Carbon/Oxygen log - Cased Hole Resistivity - Thermal Decay Time - Sidewall Percussion Core Guns - Shooting nipple, and pressurized packoff/lubricator - Fishing tools for the tool types utilized - Ability to run various cased hole services, including chemical cutter, back-off, string shot, tubing punch, free point indicator, impression block, dump bailer, bridge plugs and pipe severance tools Other Desired Services: - Elemental Capture Spectroscopy - Tool Push Equipment - Electromagnetic Propagation / Dielectric - Dipole Sonic - Multi Armed Caliper - Oil Based Mud Imager - Microlog - Specialty Cable - Ultrasonic imager - Indexing Hole Finder - Water flow logging - Gas View Technology Special data processing as required |
