Location: OLOG EPSA Contract Areas Estimated Spud Date: 1st quarter 2011 Number Of Wells: 20+ wells Well Depth: 8-10,000 Ft Term of Contract – 2 years Minimum Requirements for Cementing Services The companies that will be considered qualified to receive the Invitation To Tender must be able to supply the following equipment and services in Libya for conventional wellbore diameters in the area: * Contractor must have Cementing Units equipped with twin high pressure triplex pumps, maximum 10,000 psi pressure; a low pressure mixing system with centrifugal pumps and automatic density control capability; recirculating mixing tub; low and high pressure densiometers, displacement tanks; and electronic data processor able to monitor and display density, pressure, volumes, and rate. - Contractor must have a minimum of 3 ea. pressurized cement Blend bulk transports, at least 660 cu ft total capacity with mounted compressors. - Contractor must have a 100-bbl batch mixer with centrifugal pump: twin compartment, 50 bbl each compartment. - Contractor must have a Cement Bulk Plant, including Cement Storage Silos, Cutting Bottle, Scale Tank, and Blend Tanks. * Contractor must have Cement Laboratory Test Equipment * Contractor must be able to supply API accredited bulk cement, Class G or H. * Contractor must be able to design and deliver cement spacers and cement slurry recipes that meet given specifications for thickening time, free water, fluid loss, rheological properties, and compressive strength. Minimum Requirements for Stimulation Services The companies that will be considered qualified to receive the Invitation To Tender must be able to supply the following equipment and services in Libya for conventional wellbore diameters in the area: - Contractor must be able to provide acid pump trucks rated to 10,000 psi and 5-7 bpm. - Contractor must be able to provide a truck mounted blender capable of blending up to 70 bpm of fracturing slurry with 100% backup. - Contractor must be able to provide enough acid transports able to hold a total of 5,000 gals of acid. - Contractor must be able to provide a monitoring unit that houses the treatment control hardware, software, a complete set of electronic sensors and cables used to acquire treatment parameters such as rate, surface treating pressure, clean and slurry fluid volumes, chemical additive rates and volumes, proppant concentration, etc . - Contractor must be able to provide on-site monitoring and recording capability with the ability to transmit same data real-time to remote locations. - Contractor must be able to provide acids and additives such as, but not limited to, corrosion inhibitors, iron sequestrates, surfactants, non-emulsifiers, gelling agents, etc. - Contractor must be able to provide the following laboratory equipment: titration kits, hydrometers, centrifuge, etc. Contractor must be able to perform sludge emulsions and dissolution tests, BS&W, XRD, and core flow studies. - Contractor’s must have stimulation software capabilities(acid stimulation model for simulating etched radius and conductivity, etc.) - Any and all auxiliary equipment deemed necessary by the contractor to safely provide acidizing services. |
