Scope | Ref. No.: C311062 Issue Date: 20-Jan-2010 Bid Closing Date: 09-Feb-2010 Planned Award Date: 31-Jul-2010 Planned Commencement Date: 07-Aug-2010 Scope of work: The work includes the Engineering (Detailed Design) and the Procurement elements of the following: 1- Al Noor MGI Phase 3A Project: The new MGI Facility is being planned to be installed fence-to-fence with ANPS. The project scope comprises installing an additional new train of gas dehydration and gas injection compression facilities and associated injector wells, associated piping and utilities at the existing Al Noor Production Station (ANPS), as summarized below: Hardware Scope: - One Reciprocation Gas Injection Compressor (400,000 sm3/d) - Gas Dehydration Package (sour/wet service at 95 barg) - Instrument air system (250 Nm3/h) - Gas injection header (4", 3.5 km at 10,000#) - Hook up of 2 gas injectors + 10000# CS flowline - Hook up of 1 producer + GRE flowline (4" dia, 120 bar, approx. 1.5km) - Electrical infrastructure expansion (43 km Twin ELM 33 kV OHL, circuit breaker, cables, container, etc) - Control infrastructure expansion (hardware/software modification for station DCS/IPS, Control valves, ESD valves, Transmitters, cables, gauges) 2- Sakhiya Miniflood Project: Installation of 8" 5.5 km (Approx.) 620 bars pipeline from 14" gas pipeline i.e. downstream of Zalzala injection compressor (A-6650) to Sakhiya A2C field along with 6" individual flow line to three gas injection wells, and the hook-up of wells. The facilities have a very high design pressure (660 bar, more than 7 times higher than normally encountered in the Exploration and Production E&P industry) and the process gas is extremely toxic (the H2S content is up to 35%, which is 700 times the lethal limit). Ensuring technical integrity of the facilities delivered by these projects is extremely critical. |
