Scope of Supply: The Syrian Gas Company announced its need for Engineering, Procurement, Supply and Delivery, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up Services for the Jandar Gas Pipeline And Fiscal Metering Station (FMS) Project in the Syrian Arab Republic for all disciplines and activities including but not limited to: 1- Installing approximately 24 km of 24" API 5L X 60 pipeline between existing gas manifold at AL Rayan Gas Station and new FMS, close to Jandar Power Plant . 2- Launcher at AL Rayan existing gas station. 3- Receiver at the new Jandar power plant. 4- FMS near the Jandar Power Plant area with 2 MMSCMD capacities. 5- Supply, Installation and Reconfiguration at AL Rayan PLC, SCADA Systems for: - Pressure Control Valve (PCV) and Emergency Shut Down Valve (ESV) to connect Arab Gas Pipeline (R 6012) with Al Rayan manifold 6- Two tie-ins with existing gas network facilities as following: - With the 24-inch Arab Gas pipeline future connection at AL Rayan gas station - With Power Plant feed gas manifold. With all related piping, materials, equipment, instrumentation, electrical, control and telecommunication systems, mechanical, civil and cathodic protection system, in addition to all auxiliary and utility systems like potable water, sewer, etc. to be handed over to the company safe and operable project as per RFQ requirements, and international codes, standards, and specification. |
