Scope of Service: The development of inspection plans for in-plant piping within Dukhan QP in Dukhan operations area the Lloyds Register Capstone RBMI system which is predominantly an Inspection Management System that has an integrated, comprehensive risk based inspection module conforms to the principles of API 581. In-plant piping has been theoretically circuitized using the PFDs, P & IDs, stream analyses and material balance documentation. Circuits were developed on the basis of common deterioration mechanisms and similar operating parameters. These theoretical piping circuits now have to be transposed into the plant. Large circuits will have to be broken up into sub-circuits to form practical survey packages. Survey locations and appropriate inspection techniques must be selected according to identified damage mechanisms. This must be permanently marked on the equipment and recorded on the piping circuit and pipeline isometric drawing. The final deliverable will be develop inspection circuit isometric incorporating comprehensive integrity inspection plans for all piping circuits that can be repeated at a regular interval, as per QP's RBMI strategy. |
