Scope of Supply: Required quantity: Fifteen analyzers to be installed in the following units: Reforming unit \U-500\: 2 analyzers. Hydrogenation unit \U-400\: 3 analyzers. Hydrogenation unit \U-600\: 2 analyzers Delayed coking unit \U-11\: 4 analyzers. Hydrogenation unit \U-14\: 2 analyzers. Hydrogenation unit \U-15\: 1 analyzer. Hydrogenation unit \U-13\: 1 analyzer. Where there are oxygen analyzers in the units (400-500-600) but they are out of work because they are obsolete and don't have the required spare parts to maintain it, while in the other units (11-14-15-13) there aren't any oxygen analyzers. The technical specifications of the analyzers: Power supply in the control room: 220 V - 50 HZ Transmitter output: 4-20 mA. Range: 0 - 10 % O2. Accuracy: 1% of full range. Repeatability: 0.5% of full range. Ambient temperature: / -10 " +55 / ° C. The pressure of available instrument air is: 4 Kg\ccm. The explosion classification of the field is: Class 1, Div 1, and Group B The ingress protection of instruments in the field is: IP 65 at least. The cell, heater and thermocouple of the probe should be changeable in the workshop of refinery in case of need. The analyzer should have the ability of manual and automatic calibration in the field. The analyzer should be suitable to work at the following operation conditions: - Maximum temperature (800 °C) - Vacuum pressure: - 12.7 mm. H2O - Range of analyzer: (0 - 10 % VOL O2) Taking into consideration that the burning gases have impurities. The analyzer should be suitable to install at the flues of furnaces which work on fuel gas with or without fuel oil with sulphur percentage up to 4.5 WT%. |
