Bid Bond: 1% From the total value of tender price Offer Validity: (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Bond Validity: (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work: The scope of work that should be covered the system design, detailed engineering drawing, procurement of equipments and materials, including civil work, installation, start up and commissioning. The units required should be packaged, prefabricated skid mounted if is possible for the main process units and shall consist of the following: Water Treatment Plant (1500 m3/h) The required Water Treatment Plant will be installed in Buzurgan complex which distance about (65) kilometer from the water intake .Raw water delivered to an existing tank (5000) m3 in Buzurgan complex.The water treatment plant should be produce high quality treated water. The water treatment plant consist of: 1- Raw water pumping station and prechlorination. (Suction point of pumping from existing tank (5000) m3. 2- Rapid mixing with Aluminum sulfate dosing, two-stage flocculation with polyelectrolyte dosing as flocculent aid. 3- Final sedimentation units with integrated sludge thickeners and sludge transfer pumps. 4- Filtration on rapid gravity sand filters, intermediate pretreated storage tank concrete and filtered water transfer pumps, backwash water pumps and air blowers. 5- Final polishing filters. 6- Final disinfection with hypochlorite in the treated water reservoirs. 7- Oxygen scavenging system. 8- The electrical system in the Water Treatment Plant consists of: - Distribution H.T. Switchgear 33 K.V., 3 phase, 3Wire, 50 HZ, 31.5 KA / 3 Sec sc level, metal clad with draw able vacuum type CB, Fully protected against overload, Short cir, and earth fault for outgoing with same protection as well as under voltage for incomer the S.G should be provided with metering devices for voltage current & energy. The protection relays should be digital microprocessor type. - Two transformers 33/0.4 KV,2 MVA,Dyn11,Onan cooled suitable for out door installation, ambient temp. 55C fed from 33KV switchgear & feeding the PMCC. - Dual battery charger: Dual battery charger complete with set of (NI-CD) batteries and all accessories suitable to feed all DC voltage for 33KV switchgear and all DC system required for this project (One set). - L.T distribution board (PMCC), Indoor,400V,4 Wire,50Hz,with incomers & bus couplers ACB draw able type, Metal clad floor mounted with fully protected against earth fault, Over current short circuit, And with all necessary protection the board should be covered all the L.T. equipment in the plant such as (Motors, Lighting system, Building services) - Power & Control Cables: Bidder shall supply all power cables required for this project (33KV),(0.4KV) cables and control cables, All power cables to be XLPE/PVC/SWA/PVCN-copper type. With sufficient sizes and lengths. A- The distance between 33KV feeder & the plant is about (500 M). B- The distance between the unit treatment plant and the control room is (250M). - Lighting system: Suitable lighting system for the area of intake station (500*500) M.SQ, The bidder should be provide external lighting poles with height (14M) designed to holding at least 4 lighting fixture (Sodium flood light 400 Watt, with ballast, Igniter, capacitor & LAMPS) complete with all accessories, cables and ladders. - Earthling system: earthling system for all equipment in the plant.(1set) 9- Control system: The scope of supply includes a suitable control system for the treatment unit, the instruments, valves, cables and all accessories, with a local and remote control panels. 10- Inter connecting pipes, fitting, valves and all accessories. 11- Storage room 25 x 10 x 6 M (L x W x H) with overhead crane (5000 kg).
