Contract Duration: 1 Year plus 1 Year ( optional). Scope of work: The work includes vertical and horizontal well drilling in Halfaya oil field. Number of drilling units : Two sets. 1- General specifications of main equipment requirements: - 1500 HP rig, less than 10 years old and must have been completely refurbished and upgraded within the last three years. - Electrically driven (SCR or VFD) with sufficient capacity to set 7 inch, 29 ppf casing to 3500m. - Lifting system capacity: API load rating Min 3150 KN. - C/w TDS, Varco TDS-11SA or equivalent. - Rotary table, independent electric or hydraulic driven. 2- Power plant: - CAT3512 generators. - One backup generator. - Minimum 3 each 50m3 (baffled) fuel tanks. 3- Tubulars: - Min 2500m of 5-1/2 inch OD, 21.9PPF & 2500m of 5 inch OD, 19.5ppf &4500m 3-1/2 inch OD, 13.3ppf, 18 degree friction welded tool joint, R2, Grade G-105 DP. Brand-new or (as new) Premium Grade, internally plastic coated, smooth surface flush hard facing. - 9*9 inch, 15*8 inch, 24*6-1/2 inch, 24*4-3/4 inch OD spiral DC, 2 each of 8 inch, 6-1/2 inch Non-magnetic DC. - 80*5 inch OD HWDP and 60*3-1/2 inch OD HWDP. 4- Casing & tubing running equipment: - Complete casing handling and running equipment manual rotary & hydraulic power tongs for 20 inch, 13-3/8 inch, 9-5/8 inch, 7 inch, 5-1/2 inch and 4-1/2 inch casing. - Slip type casing spider / elevator for 13-3/8 inch, 9-5/8 inch, 5-1/2 inch casing. 5- Mud circulating systems: - Min three sets of 1300HP pump, single acting triplex, and electrical or mechanical independent drive with torque converter. - Active tank min. 300m3 reserve tank min. 180m3. - Mud shearing system and mud mixing system. - Minimum 2-50m3 water tank, each C/W circulating / transfer pumps. - Shale shakers, three sets of DERRICK, SWACO, or equivalent. - Desander. - Desilter. - Centrifuge, two sets. - Mud gas separator (poor boy), H2S certified. - Vacuum degasser. - Dual standpipe. 6- Fishing tools: - Complete range of fishing tools and accessories to fish all contractors down hole equipment in 26 inch, 17-1/4 inch, 8-1/2 inch, and 6 inch hole sizes. 7- Blowout prevention equipment (BOP): - Complete BOP system must be API certified and suitable for use in an H2S/ CO2 environment. - 13 5/8 inch 10 K single ram BOP. - 13 5/8 inch 10 K double rams BOP. - 13 5/8 inch 5 K spherical/bag type BOP. - 21 1/4 inch 2 K double rams BOP. - 21 1/4 inch 2 K spherical/bag type BOP. - 10000 psi kill line. - 10000-psi choke lines choke manifold. - 15.000psi working pressure test pump unit. - Accumulator unit. 8- Camp and catering facilities: - Full of camp and catering facilities. - Max. 20 personnel catering services for company, third party personnel. 9- Vehicles: - One set of 50 tons crane. - One set of 5 tons forklift. - One set of 10 tons trailer. - Two sets of pickups. - One sets of mini-bus C/W min. seats.
