Fax: +974 485-7439 E-mail: www.RasGas.com Scope of Work: The scope of work includes: 1- RLDC-492, provision of fast supply vessel services. 2- RLOC-493, provision of DP1 support vessel services. 3- RLOC-494, provision of fast intervention supply vessel services. - Provision of above Marine Vessels to support RasGas drilling and completion activities and the production platforms in the North field, Offshore, state of Qatar. The vessels will be required to start work within the commencement window noted below for the stated initial terms. The scope of work includes options for extending the work period beyond the initial term. Mandatory requirements: For all tenders: - Availability within the given commencement window. - the vessel year built not to be 2000. - recognized certification society such as Lioyds A1 or approved equivalent. - Experience in operating supply vessels in offshore Oil/Gas environment. - Ability to provide experienced personnel for 24*7 operations. - Established quality programs meeting high world-class standards(e.g ISO 9001). - Acceptable EHS records and programs. - Regional organisation plus in-country support prior to commencement. - provision, with unpriced tender, of a bid bond for the value of US$ 150,000 and a bank certificate agreeing to furnish a performance bond for 10 % of one-year contract value, if awarded the contract. Note: for a tender who takes part in any number of above tenders, one bid bond will suffice. - Agreement with RasGas terms and conditions or acceptable alternates. - Agreement with RasGas pricing structures or acceptable alternates. - No concerns over financial status. Additionally for: 1- RLDC-492 (initial term: up to 12 months, commencement window: 01-Jan-2011 to 31-Jan-2011) - LOA: Min. 45m long. - Clear deck area: 200 m2. - Operating speed: Min. 20 knots. - Main engine: Min. 5000BHP. - Bow thruster: Min. 50BHP. 2- RLOC-493 (initial term: up to 36 months, commencement window: 01-Nov-2010 to 31-Nov-2010) - LOA: Min. 75m long. - Clear deck area: 400 m2. - Operating speed: 12 knots. - Deadweight: 1500 tons. - Main engine: Min. 4000BHP. - Bow thruster: Min. 1000BHP. - Able to accommodate Mono-Ethylene Glycol (MEG) in liquid bulk tanks - total 800m3. - Fire fighting capability class 1- Min. 2400m3/hr. - Fast rescue craft (min. capacity 10 men, diesel operated only). - Hydraulic access platform (1.5m). 3- RLOC-494 (initial term: up to 36 months, commencement window: 01-Jan-2011 to 31-Jan-2011) - LOA: Min. 45m long. - Clear deck area: (vessel-1) 200 m2, (vessel-2) 250 m2. - Operating speed: 20 knots. - Main engine: Min. 5000BHP. - Bow thruster: Min. 50BHP. - Fire fighting capability class 1- Min. 2400m3/hr. - Fast rescue craft (min. capacity 10 men, diesel operated only). - Hydraulic access platform (1.5m).
