| Scope | 1- # 4 booster pumps Design code: API 610 - s8 last addition, EEXD IIBT4, 6.6 kv, 50 hz induction motor for drive booster pump (skid mounted) complete with interconnecting, piping, valves, fittings, motor, push button, etc…and instrumentations, flow rate: 925 m3/hr, discharge pressure: 8 kg/cm2, suction pressure: head 0.5 m, pump inlet and outlet nozzles to be according to ANSI B16.5 or MSS SP44. 2- # 1 manifold (receiving system and pumping system) (Piping, fitting , motorized valves with hand wheel, with al accessories ) 3- # 1 set LCP control panel 4- # 1 electrical supply system 5- # 1 set of spare parts for 5 years of operation and commissioning for booster pumps 6-A- Approval for the basic design should be done by the company (5 person at least). B- Factory acceptance test (fat) should be witnessed by the company (5 person at least). C- Site acceptance test (sat) should be carried out by supplier and system warranted for one year. 7- Spare parts for 5 years for the following: A- Electric distribution switch gear system 33kv 3ph 50hz. B- 6.6kv 3ph 50hz distribution switch gear system |
