Scope | The contractor shall carry out the following tasks: 1- Utilising semi-quantitative risk assessment methods, undertake a gap analysis of current ERP's and capability across all the company operational areas against the requirements of foreseeable, scenario-based events categorized as having a potential severity rating of 3 or more as defined in the company risk assessment matrix. The gap analysis shall identify all resourcing shortcomings, including both manpower and materials, and make recommendation for improvements to achieve adequacy of response. 2- Complete an escalation assessment of the identified, initial, foreseeable event scenarios (Design Event). The escalation assessment shall identify the potential consequences of these events and provide quantification and identification of all necessary resources required to adequately respond to them, including personnel, equipment and materials, i.e. water, foam compound, etc. 3- Based on 1) and 2) above, develop Emergency Management plans for the operating areas described in 1.0 that: ",,Identify foreseeable scenarios; ",,Identify resources required to meet each scenario, along with mutual aid opportunities; ",,Identify the potential for escalation for each scenario; ",,Show radiant heat mapping for Pool fires, Jet fires, BLEVE's and Flash fires with isotherms at the following intervals: 37.5kW/m2, 12.5kW/m2, 6.3kW/m2 and 4.7kW/m2; ",,Identify significant risks to personnel; ",,Identify key personnel within each scenario; ",,Identify roles and responsibilities of key personnel within each scenario. |
