Scope | Provision of Workover Rig Services in support of Petro-Canadas exploration campaign in the Sirte Basin. The overall program for the workover rig is anticipated to comprise of the well testing of a portion of the 49 Exploration / appraisal wells to be drilled over the next 3 years. The overall program for the workover rig is anticipated to comprise of the well testing of a portion of the 49 Exploration / appraisal wells to be drilled over the next 3 years. These wells test will comprise of standard DST strings, retrievable completions or retrievable ESP completions. In addition to the exploration and well testing program of work, it is further anticipated that a number of previously drilled wells will require re-entry for further investigation. The scope of work on these wells may include re-testing, stimulation, workover of existing completion, casing repair and drill out to a deeper interval. Communications Package must include Internet Capability for the Rig Supervisor and three (3) Company Representatives. s) Quick move Camp minimum 65 persons (excluding camp staff) t) Provision of skilled personnel, materials, consumables, spares and associated transportation. |
