| Scope | The works comprise engineering, detailed design, site survey procurement and supply of all materials/equipment, expediting demolition, construction, inspection, testing, pre commissioning, commissioning and all other works for replacement of dual tank at Gathering Centre (“GC”) GC-04 and dry tank at GC-21 as summarized below: - - Demolition of existing tanks along with its foundations, degassing drum for GC-04, and associated pipework and re-routing of existing services for GC-04 and GC-21. - Carryout of detailed engineering design. - Supply and construction of one new dual crude oil storage tank of 80,000 US barrels working capacity with degassing drum along with associated pipe works at GC-04. - Supply and construction of one new dry crude oil storage tank of 50,000 US barrels working capacity along with associated pipe works at GC-21. - All associated civil, structural, instrumentation and electrical Works. - Inspection, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning and all works which could reasonably be deemed as necessary to provide the company with a complete, proven and operable facility. - The contractor shall develop required specifications for, MOVs, new instruments and all materials required for the project. The contractor shall procure all necessary equipment, supply all temporary and permanent materials, facilities and manpower, conduct all necessary tests required for the project. - The contractor shall carry out as part of the Works all necessary studies as Hazard and Operability studies (“HAZOP”), Quantitative Risk Assessment (“QRA”), Environmental Impact Assessment (“EIA”) study, Project Health Safety and Environment Review (“PHSER”) and SIL study for the complete system. |
