Scope | The bulk cement plant should be designed for dry blending of desired materials (such as heavy or light weight materials) or other addaditves with oil well cement and storage. Contains the followings: - - Supply of #4 Bulk storage tanks with volume 2560 CUFT. - Supply of #2 of Bulk blend tanks with volume 400 CUFT. - Supply of #2 of Cutting tanks · Capacity of each tank should be enough to contain 1.5-ton cement. · Should not be too much high when use forklift for cutting the big bags · Each tank should be equipped with one additive hopper · The two tanks mounted on one skid. Set up on ground. - Supply of #1 of Bulk scale tank · Volume 400 CUFT · Equipped with hydraulic weithting system - Supply of #1 dust collector Installation on waste tank - Supply of #1 waste tank · Volume 1200 CUFT - Supply of #1 rock catcher - Supply of #1 air dryer - Supply of #1 air compressor · Skid mounted bulk cement air compressor, the compressor should be driven through a sheave and v-belt system and the unit should be fully assembled, unitized, completed and comprise of the followings: - a. Air compressor gardner denver single stage 6 cylinder reciprocating piston design (capacity 402cfm and 50psi maximum discharge pressure). b. Deutz or caterpillar diesel engine electric starter, 12-volt delco alternator. It sould be equipped with dry element air cleaner, muffler, pto/clutch assembly and control panel that should be include a key switch assembly, tachometer with hour meter and safety shutdown for low OIL PRESSURE AND HIGH ENGINE TEMPERATURE. c. Skid should be a heavy –duty and equipped with a protective steel cage suitable for lifting the unit. d. Equipped with safety relief valve. |
