Scope | The majority of work that the company expects to assign would fall under the following categories: a) Source inspection at manufacturers’ works or elsewhere (worldwide) of oilfield and process-related materials and equipment. b) Monitoring and reporting of progress of work during inspection visits as (a) above (not a full expediting service). c) Provision of manpower at the company site facilities to assist its own inspection engineers (principally to accommodate peak workloads). d) Provision of on-site services to establish the condition of pipelines, piping, tanks, vessels, etc. using specialist or proprietary equipment on a call-out basis. In addition, the following are typical services, which may be required either on an occasional basis or in future: e) Design vetting (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, cranes, etc.), f) QA auditing, g) Supplier capability assessments, h) Failure analyses, or i) Risk based assessments. It will not be necessary for an Agency to have all of the above capabilities, but those activities that it wishes to be considered for should be declared on the Pre-Qualification Application. |
