| Scope |
Units in the Refinery, which have combustion sources with heat capacities greater than 25 MW shall require automatic Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) in order to comply with the State of Ministry of Environmental Affairs (MoE) guidelines. Accordingly, the same shall be implemented for the flue gas stacks of the Units 11, 13, 51, and 63 at the Refinery. The objective of this Contract is for Contractor to carry out the design and detailed engineering, procurement, installation/construction, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning on EPIC basis of the CEMS, Common Data Acquisition Handling System (DAHS) and communication requirement of CEMS information to the State of Ministry of Environmental Affairs(MoE) in QP Refinery. |
