Scope | Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) for telemetry system replacement / upgrade for MM & BH Fields all wellhead jackets and real time data transmission to onshore (Doha). The objective of this project is to carry out Front End Engineering Design (FEED) to achieve the following: 1) Replace all existing RTU/MTU with a state-of-art latest technology telemetry system which can improve maintenance efficiency, provide flexibility in engineering & configuration, provide advanced operator functions and create an integrated operational environment by a seamless & direct interface with Yokogawa DCS (CS 3000 R3.08), on production stations. 2) Provide telemetry facility on other existing wellhead jackets that do not have RTU installed on them, at present. 3) Create a centralized monitoring, control and operation facility in the existing Yokogawa DCS at each Production Station PS-2 & PS-3 for all wellhead jackets associated with BH and MM Fields, respectively. 4) Provide a data monitoring system by implementing real time data transfer from offshore wellhead facilities and test separators to Doha end user's office (PD, FD) via advanced surveillance tools and dashboard applications by modifying/replacing the existing Wellhead Data Monitoring System located in end user's (PD, FD) office at Doha. |
